1. Abuse Coach – Emotional, Verbal, Physical, Sexual, and Financial

Abuse coaching allows you to awaken and live again, instead of just survive. Are you stuck in an abuse cycle? Does the abuse leftover—hang on you, as a long invisible tail tripping you up in life? The word is alive and active today, as His word is the salve to permeate every wound and heal the mincemeat heart of abuse.

 2. Grief – Loss Coach

Grief – Loss coaching offers time to speak the pain, think the process, and make a plan. At the right time, turn the shattered dreams into streams of joy by embracing the pain for something good. Allow me to come alongside with gentle questions while guiding you through the valley. You can turn the pain into something of lasting value, God’s way.

Grief coaching may touch on these areas: Loss of a loved one, unemployment, torn family, job transitions, weight concerns, illness, divorce, broken dream, relocation, loss of home, empty nest, infertility, adoption, loneliness, depression, betrayal, rejection, aging parents and retirement to name a few.

Are you sad most of the time? Do you live in the past most of the time? Do you grieve for the relationship you had? Do you grieve for the relationship you never had? Do you grieve for the relationship you wanted but was not allowed? Do you relive life over and over? 3. Life Purpose Coach® for women

Life coaching offers women the opportunity to investigate their life! Whether hungering for intentional living with more joy, harried from “doing it all,” heart aching because life is not working their way, or hopeless from mediocrity living, coaching empowers a woman to move from where she is to where she wants to be.  As your coach, I  listen with compassion, and gently ask questions that allow a woman to hear truth, own the truth, and take steps toward her chosen areas to change, inviting more purposeful living!

HOW does coaching work?

• Coaching is available for one hour appointments: face to face, over the phone, or email coaching. You choose the best venue and coaching package for your specific heart need. • I coach one on one.
• I coach in groups of three to five. Very effective!
• I coach in girlfriend groups. Very powerful!

1.  Women’s Personal Domain Mini-Coaching Group– A woman’s personal domain gets squished. This involves her physical, mental, spiritual, relational, emotional, and vocational needs. It is what makes up YOU! In this short mini coaching session find out if you are off balance, what to do about it, which is your stronger area in your personal domain, what is your weaker area, and what will you do about them?
