Pathway to Purpose for Women.
Where do you start on your purpose hunt? This is the course to begin with.

In October of 2008 I sat down with several other ladies who desired, like me, to discover our purpose. God began to speak to me with gentle whispers. He told me that he designed me to “connect with others,” “to know Him and become more like Him,” “to serve in a ministry,” “to magnify Him with my life,” and “share the good news of His gospel.” Following the pathway that Katie Brazelton so clearly describes in her book took me on a journey that has led me to where I am today! In that course, I met a lady who is now one of my closest friends–I connected with another. I have discovered the joy and peace that comes with spending time with God every day during devotionals and throughout the day conversations. God showed me the gift of photography that He placed within me before I was born. I re-routed my career path from health care and started a photography business that God breathed and brings me joy! Every day I share God with those I come into contact, whether it be on social media, through the photography business by sharing the good news of Christ with clients or weaving scripture into their portraits, and how I live my life. The Pathway to Purpose class taught by Darlene was my last ditch effort to see if who I was could match up with God’s plan for my life. In 2007, at the age of 38, I had enough of faking it in the church. I was a believer since a child and always felt I could never live up to what “church” wanted me to be as a Christian woman. I was not traditional in any sense of the word and hated the box that was being shown to me on what a “good Christian woman” looked like, behaved like, and dressed like. Darlene’s teaching from the book and God’s word revealed that God’s plan for us is unique for each woman. We have all been given different talents, abilities, and strengths and weaknesses that are combined strategically by a Master who wants to use us for His glory and for our good.
